At Crave I value each and every guest and will deliver flawless services in a timely manner. While I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances arise causing schedule adjustments, I do respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or changing appointments. This will allow to offer that time slot to another guest.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late I can not ensure that I will be able to fulfill your whole service during your allotted time slot.
A non refundable 50% deposit will be required before booking your next appointment if two or more no shows occur.
If I have to cancel your appointment within 24 hours for any reason I will honor a 10% discount on your total service.
